UNISTART Wiss
The UNISTART-Wiss programme is aimed at our young scientists. In this special training programme, PraeDocs are taught the central basic qualifications and key skills for their new scientific challenge in the shortest possible time. The onboarding programme covers topics such as employment law, didactics, scientific publishing and project management and offers the opportunity to receive coaching for professional development.

The PostDoc programme gives our PostDocs, project staff, (senior) lecturers and scientists the opportunity to deepen their skills and work on their academic career. This includes developing their own teaching skills, the opportunity for mentoring, the development of leadership skills and career coaching.

University didactics
In addition to the basics of university didactics, we teach teaching skills for working with international students and in hybrid teaching and learning formats in our workshops. We do not do this alone, but build on the expertise of our continuing education partners, the Centre for Teaching Skills and the Centre for Digital Teaching and Learning.
